Position: Analista de Nomina
The required profile includes a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field and a minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources or payroll administration. The candidate should have solid knowledge of Colombian labor legislation, payroll processes, social security administration, and employee records management. Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information are essential. Experience in employee onboarding and offboarding, contract administration, payroll updates, social security reporting, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations is highly valued. The candidate should also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a proactive approach to supporting Human Resources initiatives and administrative processes
Position: Kindergarten Assistant
Supported the lead teacher in delivering high-quality early childhood education, promoting the academic, social, and emotional development of preschool students. Assisted with lesson planning, classroom management, daily routines, student supervision, family communication, and school events while maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment. Provided first aid support when needed, substituted for the lead teacher during absences, and applied early childhood education principles to foster age-appropriate learning and development.
Position: General Services Auxiliary
Maintained cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned facilities to ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. Performed cleaning and disinfecting of classrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces, monitored and requested cleaning supplies, supported the setup of institutional events, and reported maintenance needs to ensure the proper condition of equipment and facilities.
Position: Purchasing Coordinator
Coordinated the procurement of goods and services to ensure the timely supply of resources for academic and administrative departments. Collaborated with department leaders to identify purchasing needs, managed supplier relationships and vendor performance, coordinated returns and claims, monitored procurement and logistics KPIs, administered the department budget, and maintained an up-to-date vendor database. Applied strong analytical, customer service, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills to support efficient purchasing and logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.
